Usapang Cosplay Mania 2022: Our Experience

The Biggest Cosplay PH event is now back in action at SMX Convention Center. Held last October 1 and 2, 2022.

Cosplay Mania 2022, went full swing with tons of booths, games, contests and activities for con-goers and cosplayers alike. They have invited International Cosplayers for all of is to see, such as Onnies, Thames Malrose, Yosuke Sora, Ruru, and PlantLily.

The JAM Concert came back with special performances by Hololive VTubers. And with their special guest YOASOBI.

One day before Cosplay Mania, Cosplay.ph has announced that those who have bought their tickets can claim their Tyveck Wristband at SMX in order for them to get inside Function Rooms 1-5 easier and to avoid the long waiting lines for the people to get in.

Us, the Usapang Cosplay PH, noticed that there were no lines when we went inside the Halls. The people we saw outside were the “Team Labas” who went to Cosplay Mania without a ticket, but stayed outside in order to feel that they are attending the convention.

Booths and the Artist Alley were filled with so many merchandises, local arts by artists, costumes, wigs and more.

The sight of all the people who attended Cosplay Mania 2022 really gave back a sense of nostalgia.

To the winners of the Cosplay Mania Cup and the Cosplay Karaoke Contest. Congratulations. We look forward to your future contests and successes.
